Verizon Connect Work’s Work Mobile app provides technicians in the field with the capabilities to receive job details and share notes, photos, and signatures with administrators at the office.

The Work Mobile app offers the following features:

 <li>Review job details, contact information, and special instructions.</li>
 <li>Receive instant updates through push notifications.</li>
 <li>Efficiently complete checklists at the beginning and end of a job, record parts used, and monitor start and finish times.</li>
 <li>Document findings and work performed on-site, capture photos, upload multiple site photos, and obtain customer signatures as proof of service.</li>
 <li>Issue invoices and monitor payments directly from the field.</li>
</ul>
